"Rockweb"

Spray-On Plastics’ two component, one to one ratio spray system is a 100% solids, solvent free Polyurea for use in underground mining as a plastic structure for ground support. The instant cure on this material enables high build up with no dripping or over spray losses, yet bonds to damp rock!  A unique patented mix system allows for the spanning of large cracks in the rock with a polymer fiber that not only bonds but allows water to pass through without blistering off your support structures.

Spray-On Plastics Ltd. Has been involved with the development of this system for 10 years. During this time we would ask mines research engineers for their wish list of how technology could be improved to help them accomplish the ground support and productivity they wanted. We are pleased to say Rockweb has the answer;
